Themes

Our themes are digital products delivered as an instant download, so all theme sales are final once the file has been delivered. By completing your purchase you agree to receive the download immediately and acknowledge that, where such a right exists, you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once the download is made available.

The exception: a faulty file. If the theme file will not install on Shopify, or is missing files it should include, contact us within 7 days of purchase with a short description of the problem. We will fix the file, or if we cannot, refund the purchase in full.

Launch Setup

If we have not started your Launch Setup yet, you can cancel it for a full refund of the setup price. Once work on your store has started, the setup is not refundable, because that time has already been spent on your store. If you bought a theme together with Launch Setup, the theme part follows the theme rules above.

Shopify store development (custom projects)

Custom projects follow the payment and cancellation terms in the proposal you approve in your client portal. Work that has been completed or started is not refundable. If we cannot deliver what was agreed in the approved proposal, we refund the part of the payment that covers the undelivered work.

Email hello@karma-commerce.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
